Driving licence check for employees with a company car
If your employees drive a company car, it is good to know that they hold a valid licence for it. With the template you ask everyone for their licence number, categories and expiry date in one go.
Each employee gets a link and fills it in themselves, for example on their phone. They can take a photo of the licence there and then. Finally, they confirm that the details are correct and that they will tell you if they lose their licence or are disqualified from driving.
When
It makes sense to repeat the check, for example once a year and whenever a new employee gets a company car.
Good to know
Only ask for what you need. The photo of the licence is optional, and the details should be deleted when you no longer need them.
