Free Chrome extension
NextSign for Chrome
Send PDF and Word documents for digital signature straight from the page you are working on. No more downloading the file, opening another system and uploading it again. The extension works on any website with a PDF or Word file.
Free. You only pay for signatures, as usual.
How it works
From document to signature in three steps
Right-click a document on any page, check the recipients in the side panel and send.
01Right-click the document
A PDF or Word link in your CRM, customer portal or email. Choose Send with NextSign.
02Check the recipients
The side panel fetches the document and suggests the people on the page. One click adds them.
03Send for signature
The case is created in NextSign and the recipients are notified right away.

Find the documents on the page
Click the NextSign icon in the toolbar. On this page lists the PDF and Word files on the page, ready to send with one click.

Review in the side panel
Right-click a link to a PDF or Word file and choose Send with NextSign. The document opens in Chrome's side panel, next to the page.

Channel and template per recipient
Choose e-mail, SMS or e-Boks and one of your own templates for each recipient. In Denmark, turn on CPR validation with MitID when you need it.

Or choose a file from your computer
Drop a PDF or Word file into the side panel, or pick it with one click.

Sent. The rest happens in NextSign
Signers are notified right away, and you follow the case in NextSign like any other case.
In the side panel
Everything you usually do in NextSign
Recipients from the page
- People on the page with an e-mail address or phone number are suggested as recipients. One click adds them, and you can edit them or add more.
E-mail, SMS or e-Boks
- For each recipient, choose whether the document goes out by e-mail, SMS or e-Boks (Denmark).
Your own templates
- For each recipient, choose which of your company's templates the message uses.
Signing with eID
- Signers use the eID that fits your company: MitID in Denmark, BankID in Sweden and the German ID card (Personalausweis) in Germany. With CPR validation (Denmark), the signer confirms their CPR number with MitID before the document opens.
Save as a draft
- Save the case as a draft in NextSign if you want to finish it later.
Never sent twice
- NextSign notices when a document has already been sent, so it is not sent twice by mistake.
