Yes. Documents signed through NextSign are legally binding. Signatures with eID meet the eIDAS regulation's requirements for advanced electronic signatures, which are binding in the vast majority of situations in the EU: the signer is uniquely identified, the entire process is documented in an audit log, and the document is sealed with a qualified electronic seal so any subsequent change can be detected. Yes. Your documents are stored in EU data centers in Germany and Finland, are never publicly accessible and can only be retrieved through short-lived, signed links. Access is governed by role-based access control and two-factor login, Danish CPR numbers on cases are stored encrypted, and you decide how long each case is retained. Every document is digitally sealed once the last signature is placed, so any subsequent change can be detected. You can validate the document free of charge in NextSign's own document validation, in Adobe Acrobat Reader or in the European Commission's official validator. Validate a document →

Our prices are relatively simple, as you only pay for your usage. We do not charge any subscription fees, and you do not lose your signatures if you do not use them. However, you cannot return your signatures after purchase.

When you are logged in, you can under forms create and edit your flows and add signature modules to your documents. You can also use our API to integrate NextSign into your existing solution. If you need help with the setup, you can book a NextSign employee to create your standardized contracts.
Yes, you can pay with EAN, payments can also be made via invoice or directly on a credit card.
At NextSign, there is no limit on the number of users, and it costs nothing to add more users to your business account.
