When colleagues send agreements that you need to sign too, such as contracts a director signs last, you can sign them all at once. You confirm only once, then sign the cases one after another without signing in again.

Below, the steps are described.

How to do it

  1. Select the cases. Under Cases, tick the cases that you need to sign yourself. If colleagues sent the cases, change the User filter so you see their cases.
  2. Start signing. Click "Actions" and choose "Sign documents". You see how many of the selected cases you can sign now.
  3. Confirm once. Choose a signing method and confirm with MitID, BankID or Personalausweis. The confirmation covers all the cases.
  4. Review the documents. The cases are listed on the left. Open the documents in each case and read them.
  5. Sign. Click "Sign documents", tick the terms and sign. The next case opens by itself.

Good to know

  • It works for cases you sign with MitID, BankID or Personalausweis. Cases with Touch or SMS + email are signed one at a time.
  • A case is only included when it's your turn. If others must sign before you, the case waits until they have.
  • Each signature is recorded on the case, exactly as if you had signed from the link in the email.

Questions and answers

Why are some of my cases missing?

A case is skipped if it isn't your turn yet, if it has expired or been closed, or if it uses a signing method that can't be used in bulk. You're told how many were skipped and why.

Do I have to read all the documents?

Yes. Documents that must be read have to be opened and read before you can sign the case.
