Your NextSign account can be shared by your whole company. You invite colleagues by e-mail, and each gets their own login. Roles decide what each person has access to.

The video shows how to invite a colleague and give another colleague a new role. Below, you can read how to do it.

How to do it

  1. Open Users. Go to Company profile and choose the Users tab. Here you see everyone with access to the account and their roles.
  2. Invite a colleague. Click "Add user", enter your colleague's e-mail and send the invitation.
  3. Follow the invitation. Your colleague gets an e-mail with a link to sign up. Until the link is used, the invitation shows under active invitations.
  4. Give roles. Click "Edit roles" next to a colleague, choose one or more roles and save.

Good to know

  • The invitation link is valid for two days. If it has expired, just invite your colleague again.
  • A colleague without any particular roles gets the Standard role.
  • Admin always has access to everything, including all cases and settings. Only give Admin to people who manage the account.
