Notifications and the daily report
See how to choose which events send notifications, turn on the daily report and set your own notifications.
NextSign can notify you when something happens on your cases, for example when a recipient signs, rejects or their email can't be delivered. Notifications are set in two places: for the whole company and for yourself.
The video first shows the company settings and then your own under Your profile.
How to do it
- Open the company's notifications. Go to Company profile and choose the Notifications tab.
- Choose events. Turn on the events you want to hear about, such as "All have signed" or "A recipient declined to sign".
- Choose how you're told. For each event, choose "In-app", "Email owner" and "Email company". You set the standard email at the top of the page.
- Deletion warning. Turn it on if recipients should be told before a case is deleted automatically, so they can download their documents in time.
- Daily report. Turn on the daily report, enter the recipient's email, and choose the time and the events. You get one overview a day.
- Save. Click "Save".
- Your own notifications. Under Your profile and the Notifications tab, choose whether you get an email when a case is completed or fails, and whether it goes to another address than your login email.
Good to know
- The company settings apply to every case. Your own settings only apply to you.
- In-app notifications are under the bell at the top of the page.
- The daily report can go to another address than the standard email, such as a manager.
