Get your signed documents
See how a recipient gets their signed documents and keeps them in their Personal Vault.
When everyone has signed, the documents are complete. You get an e-mail with the signed documents attached, and the link from the invitation now shows that the case is complete.
The video shows how to view and download the documents and how to keep them in your Personal Vault. Below, the steps are described.
How to do it
- Open the link. Use the link from the e-mail. The page shows that everyone has signed.
- View the documents. Click "View the documents" to read the signed documents.
- Download the documents. Click "Download documents" to get all the documents at once as a zip file.
- Keep them in your Personal Vault. If you signed with an e-ID, you can click "Save to my Personal Vault". Your documents are then kept in one place, and you find them again by logging in with your e-ID.
Good to know
- Keep the signed file you received from NextSign. That's the one that can be checked for authenticity on the document check page.
- The option to save to a Personal Vault only appears when you signed with an e-ID and the sender offers it.
Questions and answers
Does it cost anything to keep the documents?
No. Creating a Personal Vault is free. With a free account, you can download the documents for 6 months after signing. With Plus, you have access to them at all times.
I can't find the e-mail. What do I do?
Check your spam folder. You can also open the link from the invitation again and download the documents there.
Can I change the documents afterwards?
No. The signed documents are sealed. If something needs changing, the sender has to send a new version for signing.
