Follow up on a mass send
See how to keep track of a mass send in NextSign: who has opened, who has signed, and how to remind the rest.
Once a mass send has gone out, the statistics page shows how it's going: how many have received the case, opened it and signed. From there, you can also remind those who haven't.
The video shows the statistics for a finished run and how to send reminders. Below, the steps are described.
How to do it
- Find the run. Under Mass send, your runs are listed. Click the eye next to the run to open the statistics.
- See the overview. At the top, you see how many cases were sent, opened, signed, rejected or failed.
- Follow the signatures. The bar shows how many signatures have been collected out of the total.
- Find those still missing. Filter the cases on "Awaiting". Click a case to see whether the recipient has opened the link.
- Send a reminder. Click Send reminder, choose how it should be sent and confirm. Everyone still missing gets a reminder at once.
Good to know
- You can send the reminder through the same channel as the first time, through every channel or through another one.
- If a recipient hasn't responded to email and SMS, you can send the case as a physical letter, if your account has letter delivery.
- Cases that failed before sending are listed with the reason, such as an invalid email address, so you can fix them.
Questions and answers
Am I notified when the run is finished?
Yes. When every case in the run has been sent, you get an email with the result.
Can I send reminders more than once?
Yes, but NextSign waits a while between reminders to the same recipient, so nobody gets too many.
