Version 2026-10-28
These terms apply when you fill in, download, buy or otherwise use a document template from NextSign ApS. They apply to both free and paid templates, including templates from other sellers and templates created wholly or partly with artificial intelligence. They supplement NextSign's Terms of Use. You accept them when you tick the box for the terms before you pay for or download a document, or when you use a template in your NextSign account.
A template is a general standard text that you fill in through a guided form. It is written for typical situations and does not take your specific circumstances into account. What you get is the document described on the template's page, filled in with the information you entered yourself. Some templates are created wholly or partly with artificial intelligence. Like any other template, they may contain errors or omissions.
NextSign is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates, guidance, help texts, examples and answers on a template's page are general information. No advisory relationship arises between you and NextSign, and neither NextSign nor the seller of the template assesses your specific case. If your matter is complex, a lot is at stake, or you are unsure what applies, we recommend that you have a lawyer or another qualified adviser review the document before you use it.
You are responsible for:
We take care that templates are correct and up to date when they are published. Laws and practice change, and the same text can have different effects from case to case. NextSign therefore does not guarantee that a document achieves a particular legal result, that an authority or a court will accept it, or that it is sufficient in your case.
Whether you are a consumer or a business, NextSign is not liable for loss caused by your choice of template, the information you entered, changes you made, or use of the document in a situation it does not fit. If you are a business: NextSign is not liable for indirect loss, including loss of business, lost profit, loss of data and third-party claims. NextSign's total liability for a template cannot exceed the amount you paid for it. Free templates are provided as is, and NextSign is not liable for loss from using them. These limitations do not apply if NextSign has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, nor to the extent that mandatory rules prevent them.
If you are a consumer, you always have the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you, and these terms do not limit them. If a paid template has errors or does not match the description on its page, you can complain to us at support@nextsign.dk under the rules on digital content. Free templates are provided as is, and NextSign is only liable for loss from using them if NextSign has acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
The price is shown on the template's page and in the payment window before you pay. Digital signing is not included in the price and is paid separately if you choose it. When you buy a template, the document is created and made available immediately. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Without that confirmation the purchase cannot be completed. Free templates are not covered by a right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the information you enter being correct and for having the right to use it. This also applies to information about other people, such as names, addresses and national identity numbers. Do not enter more personal data than necessary. The information is used to create the document and is processed under our privacy policy.
Some templates are made by other businesses that sell them through NextSign. The template's page states who provided it. The seller wrote the content. NextSign approves templates before they are shown in the marketplace, but the approval is not a legal review. When you buy a template, your contract is with NextSign, which handles payment and delivery.
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of your country of residence give you, and you can bring proceedings in the courts there. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via naevneneshus.dk. Disputes with businesses are settled by the Court of Horsens, Denmark.
We may change these terms. The version you accepted when you bought or downloaded the document applies to that purchase.
If you have questions about these terms, write to support@nextsign.dk or call +45 70 60 44 02.
